It is widely acknowledged that stress is a killer and sadly many of us do not even know when we are stressed, so accustomed are we to feeling agitated and unwell. Fortunately there are many nervine herbs which can help reduce anxiety, sleeplessness, depression, nervous tics, irritability and other symptoms of stress. These herbs are very safe to use and do not cause drowsiness or lead to dependency. They offer the body and mind support during difficult times and can also be used to make a fresh start in life where we put personal well-being at the top of our list of things to do.
